About

Hi! You're probably here because you're in search of a way to get fit and healthy, maybe you want to de-stress, or because you think it would be rad to be able to do a full split or handstand. Well, if you seriously want to get strong and are ready to face challenges on your mat to grow off your mat, you've arrived at the right place! I'm here to help people like you build strength, move with grace, improve your habits and mindset, and learn how to master some advanced yoga postures to become empowered and to see what you're truly capable of. Take it from me, there is so much room for growth and transformation through yoga. Not only did I not like yoga classes at first, but I struggled to make it through each practice. Through private yoga classes I'll help you reach your goals and get where you want to be to live your fullest, most empowered and rewarding life. I love building connections with my students, and with over 10 years of experience, I've developed a knack for reading the body, tailoring classes to suit your unique needs, and am keenly aware of postural alignments and importance of the breath. Plus, private yoga lessons are super convenient and all about YOU, so you get the most of your practice. And I promise, I keep it fun even when I'm pushing you. If this resonates, reach out! I'd love to hear from you.

I love building connections and helpin others live their best life! Yoga has helped me so much, so I'm here to pass along the tools and techniques I've succesfully used over the years.

I truly believe that yoga is for everyone and its benefits go beyond the physcial. It opens us up to what we're truly capable of. Things we once thought "impossible" become possible. It's a self-care practice and helps us build strength and confidence on the mat to take off the mat and into the world.

you're stronger and more powerful than you know.

Margy was great. She adapted her practice for me due to my arthritis, and bone spur in my knee. However, it was still a solid, sweaty class. Shes very knowledgeable.

After 10+ years of practicing yoga, teaching was a natural progression!

I've worked with teens to adults in their 80s! Beginners to advanced students. Individuals with injuries, limited mobility and flexibility. After all, yoga is for every body!

Teaching community, donation based classes at a local church has been super rewarding. These nondenominational classes take place in a beautiful setting, supplied with mats and all the yoga props one could wish for. It's been so special to connect with such wonderful people!

There are a lot of excellent yoga teachers and wellness coaches out there. Look over professionals' profiles, see that what they're offering fits with your needs, and also take into account what resonates with you. If you see a profile that really strikes you, even if maybe they don't have the most reviews yet, go with it! And ask questions! About their style, what they offer, specialties, etc. Make sure they'll give you the support you need to make the changes you desire.

•What are your goals? Short and long term.

•What style of practice/approach are you looking for? Higher intensity and strength building? Slower, more restorative, maybe injury recovery?

•How often would you like to meet with the pro?

*Remember: progress and change come through consistent action, ultimately altering the habits that no longer serve us.
