I'm Cintia Tavares, I've been teaching Yoga for over 10 years.
I also have certifications in Meditation and Reiki. In 2012, she went to Rishikesh, India to volunteer and teach Kids Yoga after school. While in India, I took part of a YTT at the Ashram I was residing in. Once I got back to California, I designed and led a number of workshops on the following topics: Ayurveda,, Chakras, Reiki, Mudras &Mantras, Meditation, Prenatal Yoga.
My goal is to help people ensure they can comfortably and competently move their bodies and minds throughout their life and live in Yoga!

I like to listen a little about them, what are their intentions and how much they already know about Yoga
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
200h training, 500 hour training, coordinate teacher trainings now, Reiki master, Meditation...

$70 for 1 hour yoga class
$50 for a guided meditation

How did you get started teaching?
I finished my training ( 1st one ) @corepower yoga in San Diego, right after I started teaching and opened a studio in Brasil.

All different types...
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Feel the connection, but also notice how a teacher addresses their knowledge.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Most basic questions are already answered on teachers profile, but questions related to
how long they been studying and teaching...
how long are the sessions...
if it's a course and not only a service, does it count as continuing education....
