Whether you are looking to be fit, flexible and challenged, or to find stress reduction through meditation and a restorative practice, I will help you connect with your body's innate wisdom, calm your mind, and follow your breath through a yoga practice designed just for you.
I’ve been practicing and teaching yoga, yoga/pilates, and meditation for over 20 years, in Fitness Centers, Studios, offices, in nature, and on retreats, as well as offering private and small group instruction.
It's incredibly fulfilling and rewarding to help people find strength, balance, flexibility and ease in their bodies, and in their lives. Yoga offers physical, mental and emotional benefits which help relieve stress, increase equanimity, and create an overall sense of peace and well-being. It's an honor to share this practice, which has affected my own life so profoundly.

The first time I went to Maya I was pretty stressed out, and by the time I left I felt like I just had a week’s vacation in the tropics. At the end of the session, she did a sound healing journey using her beautiful voice, Tibetan bells and rainstick, while I lay in savasana (resting pose). She made me feel so comfortable, and targeted specific areas that needed release, intuiting what I needed.
