Explore your edge. Transform your body. Fuel your soul.
As an attorney, practicing yoga has helped me lower my stress levels and stay physically fit, limber, and healthy. I love sharing this practice with others because it has the power to transform your life.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Most new students start out by purchasing a new student intro special of three classes for $30, valid for 30 days. This pass allows you to try three different classes and instructors and fins the best fit for you. We also offer private lessons that can be tailored to your particular needs.
Students new or newer to yoga or who would like a refresher also have the option to start with a Vinyasa Basics class, which runs the first Saturday of every month from 12-1pm.
Any student may also contact the studio at [email protected] to set up a private session at the studio before getting started in regular public classes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our teachers at the studio have at least 200-1000 hours of yoga teacher training through Yoga Allicance certified programs.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching after completing a 200 hour teacher training in San Francisco at Yoga Tree with my teacher Les Leventhal. Since then, I have continued to study with several different teachers in San Francisco and beyond. All of the teachers at this studio have studied with various teachers and bring a variety of deep knowledge and expertise to their classes.
What types of students have you worked with?
We work with all levels and ages. We are inclusive to anyone who wants to practice yoga. If you are looking for something very specific, please email [email protected] to inquire about private lessons.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Be open minded so you can fully receive the benefits of the practice. Come try a class and see for yourself if the teacher is a good fit for you.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Tell the teacher about any injuries or limitations before class. If you are pregnant or within 3 months post-partum, please tell your instructor before class.
