    Frequently asked questions

When I work with a new client, the first step is a comprehensive consultation and movement assessment. I take the time to learn about your goals, injury history, current fitness level, and daily lifestyle. Using my background in kinesiology and over 10 years of experience in physical therapy and performance training, I evaluate your posture, mobility, strength, and movement patterns to identify both strengths and areas that need improvement. From there, I design a personalized training and wellness plan that may include: Functional strength training Mobility and corrective exercise Injury prevention strategies Performance-focused conditioning Customized nutrition guidance I track progress through measurable benchmarks and regular reassessments, making adjustments as needed to ensure you’re moving safely, efficiently, and effectively toward your goals. The end goal is always the same—help you build a stronger, more resilient body that performs well, feels great, and stays injury-free.
With over a decade of hands-on experience in the fields of human movement, physical therapy, and performance, I bring a science-backed, results-driven approach to helping people move, feel, and live better. I hold a Master’s degree in Kinesiology and have spent years working in physical therapy clinics—specializing in injury prevention, post-rehab training, and functional strength. Whether your goal is to lose weight, recover from an injury, improve athletic performance, or simply move without pain, I offer customized programs built around your body, your needs, and your long-term success. This isn’t one-size-fits-all training—it’s focused, evidence-based coaching built to help you move well and perform at your best.
My pricing is flexible and tailored to each individual, depending on the scope of your goals, session frequency, and whether training is in-person or remote. I believe every client is unique, so I don’t offer a one-size-fits-all package. Once we connect, we’ll go over your goals, training history, and needs—then I’ll provide a custom quote based on what will work best for you. Whether you’re looking for a structured weekly program, injury-prevention focus, performance coaching, or a weight loss plan with nutrition guidance, we’ll create something aligned to your goals and budget. Feel free to reach out—I'm happy to discuss options with you.
My journey began at a young age as a baseball athlete who fell in love with everything related to the body—movement, performance, injury prevention, and nutrition. I was always fascinated by how the right training and recovery methods could make such a difference in performance on the field. That passion led me to pursue a Master’s degree in Kinesiology and spend over a decade immersed in physical therapy, sports performance, and human movement science. After years of learning and applying this knowledge in both clinical and athletic settings, I realized how much I love helping others move better, recover stronger, and unlock their full potential. Teaching and coaching came naturally—it’s where I get to share what I’ve learned and make a real impact in people’s lives, whether they’re athletes, recovering from injury, or simply working toward better health.
I’ve worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels—from youth athletes and active adults to seniors recovering from injury. My background in kinesiology and experience in physical therapy settings has allowed me to work with a wide range of conditions, including post-surgical rehab, chronic pain, mobility limitations, and performance-based training. Whether someone is brand new to exercise, managing an old injury, or training at a high level, I create individualized programs that meet them where they are and help them move forward safely and effectively. No matter the starting point, my focus is always on building strength, improving function, and preventing injury.

A recent event that I am fond of was where I helping a student with his pitching lesson. He then came back the following day after he played his first baseball game and was so happy that he cried when he saw me thanking me for what I taught him the day before.

Students should be encoureaged to ask questions so that they can grow there knowledge.
