My name is Nate and i'm a private trainer out of Zoo Culture Studios in Woodland Hills, CA. I'm NASM certified as a personal trainer and nutrition coach. I have an extensive background in sports, weight training, boxing, and martial arts. I specialize in weight loss, muscle growth, and sport performance. I utilize weight lifting, HIIT, and athletic conditioning to ensure clients reach their goals. I also offer boxing lessons, as it is both a great skill to learn and an effective style of exercise to include in your routine.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
During our free consultation we will discuss the results you want and the path it will take to get there. I conduct an in-body measurement test for those who are looking to either lose weight or gain weight. An in-body test measures body fat percentage, lean muscle mass, and weight. We then begin a basic workout routine where I will determine the right program for you based on my observations in our workout. I offer a personalized exercise program and diet/meal plan that I ensure will be the most effective and efficient way to get you to your goals. I include access to a training app that allows you a space to receive check-ins from me, food logs, recipes, and workouts on days you're not with me in-person.

I've been a personal trainer in a commercial gym, i've conducted private one-on-one brazilian jiu-jitsu and boxing lessons, and I have taught martial arts classes. I've worked privately with clients between the ages of 24-55.
