I beleive in Yoga in that it is a program of self study. I do not have a recipe that fits all. I tailor each session to meet the physical, energetic and emotional needs for each student, based on the students goals.
Yoga includeds meditation which I believe is the key to navigate in the world. Mindfulness has the ability to help accept and notice life without reacting. Meditation can be tailored for each individual, like walking, painting, listening to music or sitting on a meditation cushio.
