I've been taking classes with Amanda for over 3 years now, I can't say enough about her. Her style of yoga can go from relaxing and distress to pump you up to be on some calories. She knows how to apply the right yoga positions and listens to where you need it most. I recomend her to all my co workers and other close friends and family.

awesome instructor, she was able to correct my stance. She's hands on, during her lesson she was able to focus on my sciatic nerve and provided me with hip and legs stretches which minimised the pain.
