Equine Rider Recovery Therapy incorporates equine massage, rider and horse strength training, rehabilitation and functional training exercises and programs to adjust any imbalances and weaknesses you or your equine friend may be experiencing.
I am ISSSA and AFI certified and insured trainer. Building a strong foundation for my clients to work from, training proper form and technique and injury prevention have been my main focus.
I train equestrians and their horses, strength training, body building, senior exercises, adaptive/corrective fitness and rehabilitation exercises.
With focus on improving coordination, balance, strength mobility and blood flow we focus on therapeutic techniques to the voluntary muscle system, nervous and lymphatic systems. Through Strength and cardiorespiratory endurance training, we aim to increase circulation, reduce muscle spasms, relieve tension, enhance muscle tone, promote healing and increase range of motion in humans and horses.
First Aid CPR and AED certified.
Riley is very knowledgable and a great coach to work with. He doesnt push you past your limits but just enough to make great progress.
He taught my daughter how to ride. His number one priority is safety and comfort. Hes very attentive to how both horse and rider feel and watching my daughter learn to love and appreciate the hard work of horses has been a joy to watch!
