One Yoga Center

One Yoga Center, founded in 2018, is a haven of tranquility located in Arvada, Colorado. They specialize in raja and hatha yoga and offer a variety of classes, workshops, and healing modalities to promote wellness, health, and harmony. Designed to be a unifying community space, they also provide tribal belly dance workouts, barre fitness sessions, and reiki healing. Under the guidance of founders Chelle and Dave Jozefczyk, each individual is encouraged to find their unique path to balance and oneness at One Yoga Center.
