My background is in education and coaching, teaching comes naturally to me. I have dedicated over 300 hours to obtaining certifications in hatha yoga, trauma informed yoga, and chakra healing. I continue to learn and grow within my craft as well as share my experiences within my personal practice.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Describing one event is a challenge as I enjoy each opportunity to create a space of healing, but I am particularly proud to be holding classes with the teachers and staff at local elementary schools! I am famailiar with the load educators carry and it is a pleasure to help them decompress and find harmony.
