My main goal is aiding students in feeling comfortable with beginning a new practice through answering questions, being as hands-on as desired, and reinforcing the need to release expectations, trust the process and embrace where the body is at in the moment.
My background is in education and coaching, teaching comes naturally to me. I have dedicated over 300 hours to obtaining certifications in hatha yoga, trauma informed yoga, and chakra healing. I continue to learn and grow within my craft as well as share my experiences within my personal practice.
