Shine Your Inner Light

About this pro

I have been teaching yoga since 2014 and practicing since I was 13 years old (long time ago:). I teach for many studios around Denver/Littleton (current 3 studios and many private groups and individuals. I customize the student's needs to the practice and follow the progress as we have weekly classes of 1 hour.

I believe that through asanas (mindful movement and breathing) and meditation, we can find a deep connection between the mind, the body and the heart (soul).

I get to help people to re-connect with the body, mind and heart (soul) through the practice of yoga and meditation.

I love yoga and I live it as a way of life. I feel blessed and grateful for being able to also guide and instruct yoga classes as well as play music on classes and diverse events. Being a musician and yoga instructor allows me to connect both my passions. Music and Yoga

Please call, text or send me an email.

How did you get started teaching?

After I completed my 1st certification at QiFlow as Yoga teacher, I thought a donation based community class for one year at the QiFlow studio in Denver/Rino, CO. In that first year I got to sub for many other teachers as well, which helped to improve my teaching skills.

What types of students have you worked with?

All levels. From zero yoga to most seasoned students.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I just came back from the Steamboat movement festival.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

When you feel that you want to start your private classes, seek a teacher that will communicate and understand your needs as a yoga practicioner. I like to tell my students that yoga is not about showing off, but showing up.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Are you a certified yoga teacher? How long have you being practicing? How long have you being teaching yoga? Basically, trust your instinct and have a "audition" with the teacher and decide that the teacher is right for you.
