What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The process is fairly simple. We will talk about the myths and benefits of meditation. We will talk about how our physiology and brain can benefit from a meditation practice. I will introduce some different types of meditation as well as the best resources to begin a daily practice of your own.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a 285-hour Certified Meditation Teacher and having been teaching classes and individuals for several years.
