About
Our facility offers personal training, adult fitness and sport performance sessions focused on injury prevention, strength, HIIT, yoga and spin. We utilize a program called Fusionetics where we assess your body's movement patterns and joint ranges of motion to prescribe a supplemental app that will help you correct any imbalances your body may have. We offer nutrition and meal planning advice and also work closely with a Registered Dietician. We help those looking to come back from injury, prevent future injury and make strength and conditioning gains in a science-based program.
Our GM/Owner, Erik Phillips, is a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) and Stength Coach that has worked with professional athletes and general population clients for over 20 yrs! As a former ATC and Strength Coach with the Denver Nuggets and Phoenix Suns, he has been instrumental in preventing injuries and developing athletes and clients the right way! No gimmicks!
