About this pro

Our facility offers personal training, adult fitness and sport performance sessions focused on injury prevention, strength, HIIT, yoga and spin.  We utilize a program called Fusionetics where we assess your body's movement patterns and joint ranges of motion to prescribe a supplemental app that will help you correct any imbalances your body may have.  We offer nutrition and meal planning advice and also work closely with a Registered Dietician.  We help those looking to come back from injury, prevent future injury and make strength and conditioning gains in a science-based program.

Our GM/Owner, Erik Phillips, is a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) and Stength Coach that has worked with professional athletes and general population clients for over 20 yrs!  As a former ATC and Strength Coach with the Denver Nuggets and Phoenix Suns, he has been instrumental in preventing injuries and developing athletes and clients the right way!  No gimmicks!

Check us out at for more info!

We love working with clients looking to make gains in their fitness level, attack weight loss or return from/prevent future injuries.  We bring the science that professional athletes and teams use and apply that to anyone!  Everyone should receive the best training and advice no matter their fitness level or goals!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I like to meet each client in person for an initial evaluation and goal setting session.  This evaluation is FREE.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a Bachelors Degree in Exercise & Sport Science from Colorado State University, a Masters Degree in Injury Prevention and Performance Enhancement from University of California at Pennsylvania, a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) and a Performance Enhancement Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine).  I have worked in the NBA, NCAA, Olympics and fitness world for 20+yrs.

I work closely with PT's, ATC's and Orthopedic Surgeons to help you overcome injury.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

Our typical pricing for a Personal Training Session is $85 for one session, $750 for 10 sessions or $1400 for 20 sessions.  I also do injury evaluation and Post-PT sessions for $150 for one session or $1000 for 10 sessions.

How did you get started teaching?

I began as an ATC with the Denver Nuggets, Head Strength Coach with the Phoenix Suns and have owned and operated  our current facility in Centennial, CO for 8+ years.

What types of students have you worked with?

Professional, NCAA, HS and Middle School Athletes.  Adult clients include those with goals of Weight Loss, Weekend Warriors, or Injury Recovery/Prevention.  Our typical client is an active adult or those looking to become more active!

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

We have a great community at our facility that incorporates fitness sessions, but also gets out for fun runs and bikes as well as happy hour events.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Look for a good connection with your certified trainer.  Someone who will push you, but adhere to a science-based program with proven results.  Beware of gimmicks!

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

You need to talk about where you have been and where you want to be!  Discuss past injuries or obstacles...this will help your trainer know where to start!
