The instructor has an amazing voice that is soothing. It also helped me strengthen up my core and it also pushed through my limits. It was such a great class for me!! Make sure to bring a friend as well.

Sheena is a wonderful instructor.
Her classes are not overcrowded and students are of varying levels, age, and size. I felt very welcomed there and she gave us the option to be touched to help with our form. Her classes dont feel competitive, which keeps me coming back when my schedule allows. She also gives modifications to moves I may not be able to do yet, so it always feels inclusive. I highly recommend her.

Sheena provides a safe, fun environment to practice yoga at your own pace. She always provides individual instruction and helps you get the poses that work for you and helps you get in correct alignment and posture. Love the studio too, very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
New students should arrive at the studio 5- 10 minutes early to fill out a waiver and make payment. I typtically ask the new student if he or she has done yoga before and if there are any injuries I should know about.
I have mats at the studio to borrow.
I recommend students bring a water bottle, and maybe a towel during the summer. My classes are gentle, but it can still be a bit warm in there.
