About
I am originally from India, where I used to teach Yoga voluntarily because I loved people feeling better out of it. After coming to USA I realized I am born with the purpose of helping and healing people and that's why I chose this path. Yoga is not just a bunch of exercises that make you slim and fit, it's about knowing more about yourself and diving deeper into yourself. Though it's totally your choice to choose it for physical fitness or for your spiritual practice as well.
* High-intensity Yoga with deeper stretch and sensation.
* Low-intensity Yoga with easy stretches and deep openings.
* Chair Yoga
* Yin Yoga
* Pranayama (Breathing exercise) That energise your body and calms down your mind, helpful for meditation as well.
*Chant Meditation ( withSanskrit Mantras that contains a lot of positive vibrations).
