I have been teaching yoga for years now. I was certified through Satya yoga immersion for people of color in Denver. I teach one on one beginner's yoga lessons to people of color. I assist them in learning yoga both on the mat and off. Its often difficult to know where to begin and many people of color struggle with feeling comfortable in studio spaces for multiple reasons. That's where I come in and create a space for them in the comfort of their own home.

I also teach yoga and mindfulness in Denver public schools in a school that is in the food desert and the children there have socio emotional issues.
