About
Teaching Style: Energizing, bright, introspective, grounding, challenging
Throughout her life, yoga has been a source of healing and rejuvenation for Susanna. Her passion for teaching stems from a desire to share the healing aspects of yoga with the community: beginning and advanced practitioners alike. Susanna infuses yoga with mindfulness and the mat becomes a place of personal development and growth. Her classes are musically-driven and promote gratitude and strength.
Susanna is a registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance (RYT 500) and is trained as a Power Vinyasa instructor. She also teaches public classes at The River Yoga in Denver, CO
I love assisting students with their connect to yoga and the communities around them. My goal as in instructor is to help my students grow personally and deepen their conenctions in life through movement and meditation.
