About
Each class that you take from me is thoughtfully pieced together by understanding your needs. I mix body weight movements with the mindfulness of yoga to create a well rounded class that you can’t help but keep coming back to!
This is 100% my passion work. The transformation I’ve seen both in myself and others is such a testament to the magic of yoga. Being able to share yoga with others is truly my driving force.
Allow me to help you get an amazing workout in while learning and practicing the mindfulness of yoga both on and off your mat.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First, I like to get to know my student. I usually start with an initial free consultation where I learn what your health goals and aspirations look like. You get to tell me all about your fitness past, what you want out of our lessons and how best I can serve you.
This is the perfect time to let me know about any injuries you may currently have or are worried about. With all of this detailed information, I spend time working on putting together a program specific to your needs.
Whether you only want to take one class or you are ready to commit to a series, I am here to work with you both physically, mentally and financially.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my 200 hour RYT Certification in my hometown of Kailua, Hawai'i in 2018. Immediately after that, I enrolled in an additional 50 hour extension course.
Since then, I have become a certified Yoga Sculpt Teacher through Core Power Yoga's 50 hour course and a childrens yoga teacher with a 23 hour certification as I work towards the 95 hour CYT cert.
I have also taken countless amount of inversion, pregnancy, meditaion, and so much more, workshops amounting to at least an additional 200 hours of studying.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My typcial standard price for a single private class where I come to you is $60 with discounts on packages.
I also offer event/group classes for Bachelorette and Bachelor parties, girlfriends night in, baby showers, corporate and more.
However I know these are strange right now and I am happy to work with individual budgets and pricing. Please send me a message and I promise we can work something out!
How did you get started teaching?
After getting certified in 2018, I hosted free classes on the beach which I maintained for the first year. I also started to build my private yoga clientele where my students would come to my house for their private lessons.
I started to work with brides through friends who wanted something new and exciting for their bridal events.
Since moving to Denver at the end of 2018, I have taught countless amount of classes at multiple Core Power Yoga Studios.
Working with children is also high on my priority list. In December 2018, I started working with Creative Dance Kids where I teach yoga to children at different elementary schools throughout Denver, CO.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with children as young as 2 and adults as old as 80! It doesn't matter if you've never taken a class before, if you don't think you can do yoga because you're not flexible, or if you've been practicing all of your life. I can work with anyone who is looking for the help.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Really follow your intuition and gut when making your choice. Find someone you really connect with becasue you need to trust your yoga teacher in order to truly benefit!
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
WHY?
Why are you seeking yoga lessons?
The biggest answer you can find, is your why. Once this is found, only you can stop yourself from what you want to achieve.
