Metta Yoga
About
I enjoy holding space for students so they can grow in their practice and their life. Classes are formulated to meet students needs and goals. The idea is to allow all individuals to become comfortable in their own bodies, connecting breath to movement. Class styles vary from power vinyasa - an active sequence of movements, restorative - focusing more on sutble movements, and yin - holding postures for longer times and getting into the connective tissue. There are some many ways to practice why limit yourself?! Variety is the spice of life!
