Caroline Lange is an aerialist and dancer based out of Denver, Colorado. Sought out dancing and performing at a young age before discovering her true passion for circus arts and teaching. She began training aerial arts in 2012 with artist: Brandon Scott, Meesh Aerial, Otgo Waller, and Jocelyn Rudig. Caroline has performed at many events around Denver, music festivals, corporate events weddings and other special events. In 2015 she became certified to teach aerial yoga and aerial silks. That same year Silk Sirens Aerial Yoga was created and she was immediately teaching classes. Since then she has been dedicated to instructing and helping other achieve their aerial and fitness goals.
Classes consist of programs specifically tailored to the students needs and goals with personal attention to details. Class options include Privates (one on one) semi privates ( two or more students)
Aerial Dance in my opinion is the most beautiful expression of art and strength. I love it because it combines all the most important things of fitness like strength, flexibility, and endurance. All while looking graceful and effortless at the same time, with allot of practice of course! Teaching always reminds me of where I started and how it is possible to achieve anything if you have the right instructor and determination.

Caroline is incredible! Her lessons are affordable, so I can go consistently and progress quickly. She does a great job of customizing the lessons to fit my goals and always goes above and beyond to make sure I have the tools to continue training on my own through taking videos, helping me keep a notebook of what I learned, and giving me exercises to do at home. When working with a new student I typically ask what their goals are. Whether it fitness, performing, or just for fun I plan out the best way to achieve them in a safe and supported environment. Although one on one training is the quickest way to progress in anything, I encourage my students to take group classes in their area to get a variety of skills from other teachers and make new connections.
I have been performing aerial for 5 years now and have been teaching aerial dance and aerial yoga as a certified instructor for 3 years. When I'm not teaching I am taking classes my self around the country learning new skills and techniques to better my own knowledge.
