HISTORY: Hungryoga was formed in 2014 after Macy received her certifications in Yoga Teacher Training, Eating Psychology & Lifestyle Design Coaching. Macy teaches yoga all over the Denver Metro - including Align & Flow, Chair Yoga, Employee Wellness, Private Yoga and much more. Hungryoga recently took ownership of the Wellness Program at Ascent Therapy Clinic (physical therapy) to be of service in Littleton, CO. Hungryoga's overall mission is to help people feel better in their body, mind, spirit, and overall lifestyle.

The inspiration behind Hungryoga came from my own personal story. I have always been an active person, but once I got to college I found it very hard to have balance in my life. I began binge eating, overeating, feeling depressed and overwhelmed. My journey back to wholeness through yoga training, eating psychology, and lifestyle design has taught me the tools I know as a teacher and coach today. It gives me great joy to help others evolve into a better version of themselves. Whether that's through fitness or yoga classes, personal coaching, or being a part of an active, positive community - HY teachers and I are here for you every step of the way!

Every private lesson with Macy Graham is designed for me and my body. Doing yoga with Macy has increased my strenth, flexibility and reduced my back pain. Macy is a delight to work with and has taught me so much about correct yoga positions and mind-body health. Macy is knowledgeable, generous and caring. A true light in my life. I highly recommend that you give yourself the gift of working with Macy.
