Hungryoga's overall mission is to help people feel better in their body, mind, spirit, and overall lifestyle.
The inspiration behind Hungryoga came from my own personal story. I have always been an active person, but once I got to college I found it very hard to have balance in my life. I began binge eating, overeating, feeling depressed and overwhelmed. My journey back to wholeness through yoga training, eating psychology, and lifestyle design has taught me the tools I know as a teacher and coach today. It gives me great joy to help others evolve into a better version of themselves. Whether that's through fitness or yoga classes, personal coaching, or being a part of an active, positive community - HY teachers and I are here for you every step of the way!
