What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Assess range of motion, comfort level, what they would like to get from the practice, learn about student.

Develop a custom practice to build skills and how to tune into using untap muscles and parts of the body in order to access the maximum for each individual.

Certified through National Yoga Alliance as well as completed additonal courses and trainings on yoga and meditation.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Find someone you are comfortable with and teaches you to listen to your own body.


What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Do you feel there is a “perfect pose” or is it individually seen as a practice?  I believe there are no perfect poses only unique individuals.
