I first chat with them about injuries /pain and see where any of them would be limiting and figureout which poses to start off with. Then , after starting my music i start with a basic movement and see how their body responds to that before moving on Someitmes I start then with a small flow into another or we stay on one to explore all aspects of how hteir particular body can maximize it.
