I offer a wide variety of services from martial arts training to strength and conditioning training and it’s all available to any skill level and ages 5 and up. In 2016 I was awarded the title “trainer of the year” by the Usa martial arts hall of fame. I have over a decade of experience in the fields of my services and a long list of clients and programs. I strive to offer top level training and services to all of my clients regardless of if we’re training at my gym or in your living room.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We begin at the basics to assess the students skill level and based on my experience I create a schedule and routine after the first few sessions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a 3rd degree black belt with “the assembly of the martial arts academy “ and a brown belt under carlson Gracie team. I’ve studied under various strength and conditioning coaches and programs such as nasm.

Pricing is as follows:
Book 1 session at a time = 100$ per session
Book 4 sessions Per month = 340$ total (15% off)
Book 6 sessions Per month @2x per week = 450$ (25%off)
Book 8 sessions per month @2x per week= 520$ (35% off)
*NOTE* Payment is due upfront for all monthly training session options - any cancellation of a session needed to be rescheduled must be made within 48 hours of said scheduled session or it will result in a forfeiture of said session.

How did you get started teaching?
My first instructor Ryan invited me to help instruct when I was 13 years old and I never stopped.
What types of students have you worked with?
kids ages 3 and up, adults both with no experience and some with experience. I’ve worked with pro athletes and I’ve worked with those on the spectrum. I’ve trained and continue to train troubled youth and anyone who wants to make positive improvements in their lives.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure there’s a chemistry that vibes well with you at the end of the day.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
what are your goals? Where do you want to be in 6 months? 12 months? 5 years? Consider the short term as well as the long term in this venture.
