My goal is for people to feel empowered to care for themselves. Through the practice of yoga postures, breath control, relaxation and a contemplative state of mind, I can guide you towards your unique path of self-care. I believe that health and wellness in the modern world is the result of both a slow, sustained shift in perception and supportive practices. My background includes over 300 hours of yoga training and a Bachelors of Science focused on addiction studies and holistic health. I have been teaching yoga to diverse populations since 2011 and am the current manager of Charym in Litchfield, Connecticut.
The work that I engage in every day is restorative to my spirit. Witnessing the human experience through my senses and observing and guiding the lifestyle practices of others anchors my faith in life.
