About
This is a business. I have worked extremely hard to make myself as broadly knowledgeable as possible and am extremely passionate about THEIR success. Further I am associated with top professionals whom I collaborate with on occasion; including other baseball professionals, track, strength and conditioning.
My service is great. My service is the best. Nobody does what I do or as well. I am educated in skills, speed, conditioning, and psychology. Moreover, although I am extremely confident of my ability to deliver results to a client; I have no reservations about involving another professional to help or collaborate with in the interests of the client. The clients success is of paramount importance to me.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
All instructional work begins with a two step process: (1. Where is the student at NOW; i.w. an evaluation of curent skill sets and (2. Where does the student want to go: i.e. "the goal". I am very big on instruction and information. All athletic movements are broken into "parts" with the whole movement being a composite of the parts. This way the student knows how to PREPARE and train themselves. The most important aspect of this is NOT just correct execution but the ability to correct and adjust. Secondarily I evaluate functionality and stability and strength and finally mental skills.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I played and have coached three sports at the collegiate level. I have a degree in exercise science and multiple certifications in strength and conditioning and mental skills/peak performance coaching. I have worked in minor league baseball; have consulted with playes transitioning from high school to college and college to professional and currently evaluate, teach, train and place athletes in college and professional baseball. With equine sports I have been a college professor and have lectured extensively both here and abroad.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
The pricing in this area is something shaped geographically. My standard starting rate is $80/hr.; space rentals are added on top.
How did you get started teaching?
I have a degree in exercise science and am a certified personal trainer with over 15 separate certifications in fitness "specialties". I also consult sports psychology for college and professional players. I was coaching in college (baseball and football and track) and began to work with clients individually and it has grown to a point where I have partnered with the Red Sox scout and conduct tryouts and evaluations for prospective professional players.
