I love boxing. Training, watching, learning new techniques, I just love everything about boxing. I love to help people get in shape and learn self-defense and build better confidence

    I used to box when I was younger. I was asked to come back and help out by my old coaches. I started coaching competitively in 2016.

    Amateur boxers, pro boxers, mma fighters, kickboxers, army veterans, people with no sports backgrounds, 

    I recently took a couple of fighters to the Olympic trials qualifications in OH in 2019. We can up short and had some injuries but I learned a lot. Met and studied with coaches from around the world.

    Do whatever fits into your life. Remember whatever your looking to do remember it's what you want. Set your own expectations. And no matter what make it fun.
