What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Meeting with students and evaluating them. Setting specific plans to achieving personal goals. Usually establish basic of boxing and build upon.

How did you get started teaching?

I used to box when I was younger. Was asked to come back and help out by old coaches. I started coaching competitively in 2017.


What types of students have you worked with?

Amateur boxers, pro boxers, mma fighters, kickboxers, army veterans, people with no sports backgrounds, 


Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I recently took a couple of fighters to the Olympic trials qualifications in OH in 2019. We can up short and had some injuries but I learned a lot. Met and studied with coaches from around the world.


What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Do whatever fits into your life. Remember whatever your looking to do remember it's what you want. Set your own expectations. And no matter what make it fun. 


What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

What are you looking for in a coach? What are my goals? Do I believe I can achieve the goals on my own? How can you help me obtain my goals?
