Fitness Classes -
Our Boot Camp Program is a interval training class designed to push you to new heights and take you to the next level! This is a very popular class with our clients. You dont need to be an athlete to take this class you just need a desire to improve your overall fitness level. Foundation Fitness Boot Camps combine its coaches diverse backgrounds into a fitness class thats intense and educational. And best of all, its a fun class! We are not a big box gym, we care about each and every client and we provide a nutrition program upon request to help get you to where you want to be. With indoor and outdoor classes offered in the morning, noon or night, five days a week, this program will take you to the next level.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We start with a complimentary fitness consultation. An expert fitness coach will meet with you to discuss your exercise history, goals, nutrition, relevant medical information, and perform a fitness assessment in order to help customize the best possible fitness program for you! We offer private and semi-private workouts with social distancing. Do to Covid-19 we also ask that you wear a facial covering.
