MY passion for fitness began with my love of sports and developed as an international Champion and 2012 Olympic boxing alternate.     I had never bought into group workouts until a friend asked me to join one of Greg's classes. That first time, I saw how Greg will make you push yourself harder and harder without expecting you to go past your physical limits-which is exactly what I needed after years of training by mys self at the gym. As Ive trained with Greg, Ive felt my stamina grow, and Ive learned to control my breath to keep up and get better and better. His energy is super cntagious too! So, you will be sweting like a maniac every time and have a great time doing it.

    Training sessions and classes with Greg are always the perfect mix of challenging and fun. He pushes you to do better than your best and helps you holistically improve your health and well being. Sometimes you even get more of a workout from belly laughing than you do from the actual exercises.

    I came across Greg’s group class’ videos, and I was intrigued. After talking to him in person, I decided to give it a try. Pandemic definitely made me isolated, overweight and just unmotivated in general. But Newby’s classes are bringing me back to life. I didn’t realize how much fun it can be working out with a group of people! Greg keeps us on our toes with his challenging but fun workouts and encouragement along the way. I also like that he has offers different times so anybody can find what works for them. People who attend his classes – are great as well!
