I love to help my students to learn Martial Arts and Tai Chi Basics troughtout very friendly and nice ways, following their own rithm and feeling more focused, skilled and balanced.

As a Coach and Black Belt in Martial Arts for 16 years teaching to children, adults and elder people, I can guide you to get the basic skills of Tai Chi, in order to you can feel all the benefits of practicing this amazing discipline. It involves improving streching, balance, strenght, coordination, and other benefits related with mental and physical health, i.e, correct breathing, more capacity of being focus, aware and trusted.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
As a begginer you can start with three classes at week, no experience required, it is very recommendable for Kids, teens, adults and elder people. You only need your best attitude and enthusiasm for learning!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been practicing Martial Arts for the last 16 years, and coaching people in Martial Arts and Tai Chi for the last 10 years.
I am a Black Belt in Kung Fu and Tai Chi.
I am a Personnal Trainner for helping to get physical condicioning and ideal weigth.
I am a coach in Nutrition and Organic Suplemmentation.
