Welcome to OHANA SPACE HAWAII YOGA.
OHANA SPACE HAWAII YOGA was born in Hawaii, an island with a gentle and soothing atmosphere.
MANA is an important concept for the Hawaiian people. This word means love, life force, and a spiritual power, and it is thought that “MANA can be found in all things.” In this land overflowing with MANA, the gift of gods, OHANA SPACE HAWAII uses the practice of yoga to help you lead a balanced and healthy life, both physically and mentally.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We will start by getting to know eachother one on one, asking questions relating to their yoga practice - what is your main purpose for trying or continuing yoga? Do you want to increase flexibility, lose weight, gain physical strength, try something fun? What style would you like to focus on? etc. - so that we have the best idea of what you would like to get out of your practice!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our yoga teachers are RYT200-Certified (Registered Yoga Teacher with 200 hours training) and most have extensive experience teaching a variety of yoga styles.
