About
We're experts in the fitness field, but we're also experts at having a compassionate, caring system. We provide a safe haven for people to experience new things like training for their first triathlon or taking their first yoga class, grow and flourish. We love what we do!
We're mobile & love it! We meet our clients at local parks. There's something really wonderful about exercising outside. Being in nature provides added, built in health benefits of fresh air, sunshine, the salt water and just being part of it all. Being able to provide great training for clients while allowing them to experience outdoor exercise is very special.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to either meet in person or speak on the phone for a consultation. This is where we would discuss their goals, needs & what they're looking for in a trainer. This is also where I gather detailed information so I can plan out their fitness program.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have these certifications: ACE certified personal trainer, ITCA certified triathlon coach, IRONMAN certified coach, NESTA certified sports yoga instructor. I've been in the fitness industry since 1990 & have owned my own fitness business for 12 years.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My pricing for personal training & endurance coaching are:
4-30 minute sessions for $180
4-60 minute sessions for $260
My prices for sports yoga individual instruction is $35.00-65.00 per session depending on the mode (I offer webcam, in person, group sessions).
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching in high school, by becoming a certified group fitness instructor via AFAA. I quickly realized my passion was for individual instruction. So I got certified as a personal trainer. From there, once I learned there were certifications to become a triathlon coach and sports yoga instructor I gained those credentials. It's been a lifelong passion!
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with a wide variety of students. Many have been beginners, I am an expert at beginning training and love what I do.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Do some research on pricing, policies and where they train. Have in mind if you want to train at a gym, or mobile instructor. Speak with the trainer(s) you've narrowed your search down to and go with the one you feel most comfortable with. Rapport plays a huge factor in enjoyment & follow through.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Pricing, location, policies.
