The Mindful Yoga Difference
I enjoy teaching yoga to assist others to heal their mind and body with yoga. Our body compensates for injury, illness, stress, strain, and tension. Yoga helps us release and allows us to learn to focus/concentrate to navigate ourselves throughout our life.
I've had both personal sessions and class sessions and found both to be a rewarding experience. Pam and her instructors are thoughtful and knowledgeable, I learned so much! I am more comfortable listening to my body about what needs to be worked on and when to relax (all the time!), how to slow down and enjoy life. Well done!
I found Mindful Yoga studio during a time where I was feeling frustrated and defeated from what I saw as limitations within my body. Pamela has shown me how to shift my thinking and how to strengthen my body to gain back some confidence and peace from within. The lessons she has taught me I will take with me always. I am fortunate to have found a studio that has given me a real, individualized practice and has helped me understand new layers of myself and of yoga.

For 13 years I've participated in Pam's classes, going from all levels to gentle and yin yoga as I've aged (I'm 78). The classes and teachers are excellent and there's an emphasis on assisting individuals according ability. Also emphasis on breathing. I cannot praise and recommend Mindful Yoga enough.

I am considered a master yoga teacher as an ERYT 500 with over 25 yrs of teaching yoga
Classes are 1 hour and 15 minutes. We hold classes in sessions however you can begin at anytime. You can also purschase a drop in pass or an unlimited pass. Prices depend on weeks in the session or specials.
I turned my love of yoga into a business. I student taught for 6 weeks with my mentor and then began teaching full time.
All ages and abilities including those with knee, hip, back, and shoulder issues.
