Our Philosophy
Learn about yourself and how to care for your mind and body.
Each class designed to educate students about their breathing and how the body compensates by holding tension and stress due to falls, injury, illness, disease, and everyday living.
At the studio you don't just learn the pose you learn how to do the pose for you and your body. This may include hands on adjustments.
There is always more to know. Each time you attend a class you learn how to deepen what you previously learned.
I enjoy teaching yoga to assist others to heal their mind and body with yoga. Our body compensates for injury, illness, stress, strain, and tension. Yoga helps us release and allows us to learn to focus/concentrate to navigate ourselves throughout our life.
