We have been providing personal training services to the Indianapolis area since 1989. We offer personal training and small group exercise sessions to our clients.
We are skilled in providing our clients with the tools, accountability, and programs they need to live stronger, more capable lives. We take the clients goals seriously and provide them the routines to reach them. Our clients are busy professionals that wish to get the most from their fitness regimen.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We conduct a fitness consultation and evaluation on the first visit. Prior to the visit we do a phone cosultation and have the student download a questionnaire.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff have degrees in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or other related field. They undergo training with our owner, Rob Hudson, who has 40+ years experience in this field.
