Well, I having been practicing much with Mr. Whiteley just started but Im sure Ill get more practice in lot more and when Im at home I work on some of the move that Mr. Whiteley taught me its coming along.

Hired Mr. Whiteley to assist in establishing a workout routine and loose weight. I lost 10lbs in 2 weeks and my blood pressure went back to normal. He is patient and prompt. He is also very knowledgeable about various fitness and wellness activities.
