I am a Yoga Alliance certified instructor and have been teaching for over 10 years. Most recently attended a restorative workshop with Judith Hanson Lasater. Studied with Katy Knowles, Lillias Follan, Kathyrn Templeton, & Rod Stryker. Taught classes at Yoga hOMe, True Nature Education, & privately.
I enjoy sharing the benefits of yoga and helping others achieve more balance in their lives.
