We train many professional athletes including Bengals, Reds, FC Cincinnati, NFL, NBA, MLB, and top college and high school athletes. We also train those just looking to tone up, or those looking to be in a figure or bodybuilding show. We train those you might see on the "biggest loser" show. We are one of the few training studios that houses both Nutrition Experts and Personal Trainers under one roof, who work together to make sure your workouts and diet is on target. We have been voted "best of Cincinnati" for the last 6 years.
