About
Krysta-Lyn reluctantly agreed to attend her first yoga class unaware of what magic she would find on her mat. While living daily with the severe anxiety and panic that accompanies loss, she quickly found refuge in the power of breath and gratitude. Overcome by the immense sense of peace yoga could provide, she immersed herself in her practice learning that life truly exists between the inhale and exhale.
With these new universal tools, Krysta-Lyn sought to share her passion and received her 200 hour certification from South Boston Yoga. Now, she is transitioning from the corporate world of finance into a balanced career and life of healing. Yogis of all levels can expect her classes to be a physical challenge, with a true sense of calm and absolute vulnerability.
For peace, love and universe - K
My goal is to make all of my students fall in love with taking care of their health. Learning to listen to their body and prioritize their needs above all. I believe in the power of community and support which leads to a world of increased healing which is ever so needed.
