We are a holistic fitness for the mind, body and spirit. I love that we help people improve their physical, energy and spiritual condition. I worked as a registered nurse for 35 years and after coming to this practice 12 years ago I realized this was how we could maintain better health.Through practice I gained confidence to make new choices in life and soon retired and started teaching and finally opening the studio.
We help people connect their body and their brain.We offer Meditation, Yoga, Tai Chi classes, worskhops and private instruction. Our style is gentle yet effective in helping individuals improve their condition. We incorporate meditation and breath practice in every class.
I find it very rewarding to watch my membrs change their physical condition, learn to relax and enjoy life more.
They focused on what I needed and frequently checked in with me to see if I was reaching my goals. They were attentive during class and I really enjoyed the community experience.
First they come in for an introductory session where I can evaluate their current condition and see what their goals are.There is a short form they fill our with medical questions and and interests.
I usually take an aura picture before and after the session.
I explain a little about our practice and what we ae trying to create. Usually we do some stretching together . I check their breathing and abdominal condition.
We then design a program fit for them
