For scheduled classes, customers can purchase dropins or class passes online. For Personal Training, contact us at [email protected] and tell us what type of training you are interested in. Pilates, Barre, Yoga, TRX, Reformer, core, or custom - whatever you're looking for, we have an instructor who can help.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our instructors carry the appropriate certifications for the classes the teach.
