About this pro

(240) 475-4106 As a life long martial artist I have always loved the feeling of understanding a new technique and watching myself become better at whichever discipline I am delving into at the time. What I have learned from teaching is that it feels even better to assist someone in achieving that same feeling of comprehension. It’s like I can see it and slowly but surly the picture becomes clear to them as well. I have been doing Martial arts since the age of 7 and started teaching at 14. I wrestled in Highschool which lead me into Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and MMA right out of highschool at the age of 17. Now 30 I still trying Boxing, Wrestling, Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu regularly and love sharing the details I’ve picked up over the years in the mean time. Weather your goals are fitness based , self defense based or competition based I know for a fact I can help you move towards them and have some fun along the way.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I like to do a free introductory lesson to make sure it’s a good fit. The first day I like to talk about goals. Are you looking to lose weight? Get better at martial arts? Relieve stress? Compete? The more information you give me on day one the better I can tailor the lessons to you and the more you will get out of them.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been studying martial arts since I was 7 and I am now 32. I have trained Muay Thai in Thailand, competed in MMA, Muay Thai and Boxing fights. I wrestled in high school which lead me to study Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I still train myself every day.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

I will happily give you my entire pricing breakdown at the end of you free introductory lesson.

What types of students have you worked with?

I currently have boxing students and some Kickboxing students. In the past I have also done strength and conditioning, self defense and kids karate lessons. I have also helped fighters prepare for Muay Thai and MMA fights.
