About
I have over 20 years experience with personal training, power lifting, breath, meditation, yoga, pilates, strength & conditioning and several mind-body practices. I specialize in pain mitigation and prevention using somatic movements and massage therapy. This translates into increased flexibility, mobility, and strength; which improves your confidence, self-esteem, attitude.
Besides offering physical training and asana practice, I also offer meditation, massage, and breath work. I have a trauma-sensitive background and work with clients who have PTS, anxiety, depression, etc. I use art therapy, coloring, drawing, hiking, self-massage, breath, and meditation to help strengthen your focus and concentration, taking control of your own nervous system and your own mind again!
