All my life fitness and health has been a priority. When I lost my Mother to breast cancer I vowed that I would do whatever it took to live a life of wellness. Becomming a trainor and yoga instructor that could deal with clients young (teens) and old ( 70's) I found that I could structure their programs to their specific needs. I have never needed a business card, website or FB page because my reputation precedes me and word of mouth has gotten my business. I have now been in the business over 25 years and am as passionate about living fit and clean as I have ever been!
It means everthing to me to see my clients acheive their fitness goals. Some want to lose weight, some to achieve flexibility, others to simply stay fit. Because a life well lived is my personal mantra I am thrilled when my clients make changes that make them feel better on a daily basis. And if I can be a part of that process all the better.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
If possible I meet with them first ( no fee) to asess their needs and goals. We will discuss any physical issues that they may have encountered, that they struggle with. I do not provide cookie cutter workouts. Every client is unique and I work around what they want to achieve.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Taking Yoga Teacher Training in 2001 was extremely relevant to understanding so much of how the mind and body interact and am able to bring this to my practice.
