I have been teaching yoga since 2013, working with adults as well as with children. I believe yoga is very beneficial on many levels. I teach gentle, intermediate, and strong classes.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I know we all have different strengths abilities and expectations about yoga classes. I am comfortable to teach gentle stretches for beginners as well as more intense classes, or meditation. So to start I would ask a student if he/she has any injuries, and what he/she is looking for from this practice. Then I would teach a sample class to see if a student feels comfortable with me.
