The M Zone provides a rigorous and physically challenging class that is also balanced and peaceful. There is a great blend of strengthening exercises and isometrics in class. There is also great music and talented facilitation. I would highly recommend The M Zone.
The M Zone-Michelle is a great motivator. She pushes you to work beyond your limits. Tough but always professional. I have made numerous request of Michelle for workout plans and she has delivered every time. She assesses your needs with your requests and comes up with dynamic plans.
