I focus on strength and skill acquisition. Instead of turning the client into a puddle of sweat workout after workout, session after session, I apply, teach and drive with competence of fundamental movement patterns that align with your everyday life demands. I then increase the clients strength on exercises within each movement pattern. Voilá! You feel and look great.
Helping individuals reach their goals thru all the adversity is the most rewarding feeling. I adopt the same journey mentally with my students/clients, therefore I stay tuned with every step of the process. In the end, having and creating good healthy relationships is of up most importance to me.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Understanding what brings the student to their current state. Absorbing as much information about habits, routines and physical history. I then progress to into assessing the students strengths and weakness by a serious of movements and exercises without making it a complete training session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm USA boxing coach for 15yrs thus far and a strength and conditioning coach for the past 22 years.
