My name is Lara Mehanna and I have been practicing Yoga for many many years. The last 6 years have been challenging as I have faced some illness and the road back to Yoga has taken a lot of twists and turns. The journey has shown me how to be kind to myself and my body to find the openings and benefits of yoga that can be applied to every level, every body type, and any fitness or flexibility level. This is what I bring to every yoga class and why my students share their practice and their hearts every time we meet.
I love sharing with others to amazing benefits of yoga and how it can prolong a healthy life with movement, flexibility, and most importantly mindfulness. Finding yoga has been the greatest gift of my life and one that I am focused on sharing with anyone that is willing to open their minds and their hearts.
