What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Either in-person or on the phone intake. About 20 mins to find out what their needs are and what they are seeking in private yoga.

Please contact me for details. An hour lesson is $100, however I work on a sliding scale and have bulk packages.

Adults and seniors of all abilities, including beginners.

Stevie Wonder in Central Park... I didn't make it there, but I was there in spirit and saw lots of pictures.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Go with your instincts, trust your gut. You want to feel comfortable and safe. :)
