
Recent RYT 200 grad with a focus on low impact yoga movement to strengthen muscles.
Recent surgery left me with a weak core and I found my way back to yoga to strengthen this. Plus, injuries of the past have a tendency to creep up when one is not focused in their movement. Therefore my practice is posture focused with strengthening activities.

Stacey has a calming voice and takes her time to give clear and precise instructions. Her music is fun and her overall energy is comforting!
What I love about Stacey is that she gives clear instruction, makes/cues informed adjustments, and brings a calming presence to her class. She really cares about being safe and listening to your body, and you feel great at the end of class!
Stacey is assist with hands on adjustments in a unique way, she is great with those that may experience limited movement or joint problems. I would recommend anyone to take her class looking for a low impact class.
